It is called Foggy Forest by the image on which is based. Theme will best fit for personal use. It is XHTML and CSS valid. It have widgetized sidebar. Theme is tested in Opera 9+, Firefox 2+, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7.
Two people maded this theme free and they are Web Hosting and Latest Inventions!
Theme is under released under Creative Common Attribution-Share Alike 2.5. To install this theme simply unzip it and then copy with some ftp program to your Wordpress theme folder.
