Some questions are hard and some looks very stupid, but one can only imagine what all answers people give. Probably on some questions creativity is main thing what Google look for.

Anyway here is the copy paste from their site:

How would you boost the GMail subscription base?

What is the most efficient way to sort a million integers?

How would you re-position Google’s offerings to counteract competitive threats from Microsoft?

How many golf balls can fit in a school bus?

You are shrunk to the height of a nickel and your mass is proportionally reduced so as to maintain your original density. You are then thrown into an empty glass blender. The blades will start moving in 60 seconds. What do you do?

How much should you charge to wash all the windows in Seattle?

How would you find out if a machine’s stack grows up or down in memory?

And on this blogpost you can check for 140 questions which Google give to their possible employees

I am becoming boring with this Sulumits Retsambew thingy. But you must understand me that contest is coming to an end. There is maybe around 20 days until end of the Sulumits Retsambew seo contest and things are getting tight. My www.sulumitsretsambew.org is still on the top, from the begining, but people are becoming active and many changes are happening. That is the enough for me to start work more on the contest and try to defend my place against attacking opponents.

I am having troubles building links. Just stopped at 16k and no matter do I build them or not, they always stay on the same ammount. My main opponent now has them over 19k.

Interesting thing is my supporter Sulumits Retsambew entry at my old Opera blog. It getting higher and higher. From page 10 to position 29. From position 29 to 23, from 23 to 20 and finally from 20 to position 19 and second serp page. I am still thinking to help or not help that site with little bit of backlinks, or to spend that time to my official Sulumits Retsambew entry.

Anyway time is passing and I hope I will stay at the top.

Many people use Google Adsense program and do not regulary watch changes in their TOS. In last addition months ago Google decided that every site which is using Adsense must have Privacy policy declared on place that visitors can easily access. Here is exact part from Google Adsense TOS:

“You must have and abide by an appropriate privacy policy that clearly discloses that third parties may be placing and reading cookies on your user’s browser, or using web beacons to collect information, in the course of ads being served on your website. Your privacy policy should also include information about user options for cookie management.”

Since i did not knowed earlier for this privacy policy rules i am starting to add it to all my pages. You can use this simple Privacy Policy generator if you forgot to make privacy policy to and you dont want to type it. In my case i just wrote post Privacy policy and added link to it on footer.
