Privacy policy and Google Adsense
Many people use Google Adsense program and do not regulary watch changes in their TOS. In last addition months ago Google decided that every site which is using Adsense must have Privacy policy declared on place that visitors can easily access. Here is exact part from Google Adsense TOS:
“You must have and abide by an appropriate privacy policy that clearly discloses that third parties may be placing and reading cookies on your user’s browser, or using web beacons to collect information, in the course of ads being served on your website. Your privacy policy should also include information about user options for cookie management.”
Since i did not knowed earlier for this privacy policy rules i am starting to add it to all my pages. You can use this simple Privacy Policy generator if you forgot to make privacy policy to and you dont want to type it. In my case i just wrote post Privacy policy and added link to it on footer.
