if yes did you installed your soundcard (any exclamation point or question sign in device manager will mean there is problem with your drivers)?
if yes are they muted from master volume (near the clock)?
if no does your mic + headph work on another computer?</description>

immediatly i install the 3D DriveCard the unknown device dissappear.

Pls Note:
Before the solution to the unknown device, my mic and headphone port were not working but after the soludo the ports are still not working, please help...</description>
